GF says truck is too rough so am looking at suspension. My question is would a front bumper and skids help smooth out my ride? Am thinking of all the guys with the heavy duty rear suspension that is rough when unloaded and smoother when loaded.

I like the way you think.....I’m thinking a winch and a larger set of tires would help too.

If not, oh well, it was all worth a shot!

What’s your tire pressure at? If it’s too high, lower it down and see if that helps a bit. If you want to buy some shit, but it!!

I had an f150 before a taco and the f150 was definitely a smoother ride.. I can't gauge if it was the weight of the vehicle or the way the suspension was but the taco is noticeably bouncier and slides.. also noticed a slight bit of hydro planning.. I guess no more flying thru puddles

I have an off-road as well and it does appear to ride a bit bumpy at times. I put about 150# of sand bags in the bed. Seems to help.
