    5% less and they don't make you pay for the original shipping when they sent it to you. I feel like people think them taking like 50% and a few weeks processing is normal. If y'all want to pay that, go ahead.

    The problem is people complaining about something they should’ve known when making the purchase. It’s all right in the open on Headstrong’s homepage, cart and checkout page for review before buying.

    At least he didn’t include the word “privilege” in his statement :)

    When buying online, especially something of a specialty like this, if it wasn’t defective you shouldn’t try to return it.

    $15 to ship it sounds like a good deal considering what it is, size and weight.
