Could still end up costing $3-$4k. I looked at a used one before and Magnuson only sells part kits. $2k SC would have cost me $4900 to get working and may need a rebuild. Which ended up being more than a new SC. Just FYI for anyone picking up a used one. If you want the TRD logo this one seems in good shape at least

Def not 100% complete as stated, missing the auto tensioner, idler pulley, and I'm sure a lot of other hardware.

agreed, I did not see the intercooler and some other piping so that will require at least one of the fit packs in the fit kit. In the end its easier to just order all of the parts again. Pricing out used ones unless you get the blower for 1000-1500 it ends up not being much of a deal. Unless you are hell bent on it saying TRD getting direct New is better.

Exactly! I did the same in another and it was $2000 and would have been almost $5k without a tuner. Also did not take into account not a rebuild as it may need one. Resale is hard on these due to all the accessory parts. If it was $1000 maybe 1500 it would be a deal unless one could guarantee all parts were there which I doubt. Some parts need to be new.
