Roof rack, Predator steps, 3"/2" lift, Pro Comp Rockwells, 285/70/R17 Toyo Open Country A/T3's

I may be laughed off the forum for this one, but I found front & back Wet Okole's on CL for $50.
They are off his 2000 DCSB.
Would they fit my 2018 DCSB OR?
