Tinted Windows LED Headlights

Hey everyone, Im new so bare with me asking this question haha. I have a 2017 TRD Sport and I love the back lighting of the radio around the touch buttons (Neon Blue) is there a way to brighten them when i have my low beams/high beams. They look great with my lights off but once I turn my lights off there dull/dim. Thanks!
