Tonneau cover with ladder rack

Has anybody found (or fabricated) a tonneau cover that is compatible with a ladder rack that mounts to the truck bed via bedrails?

 

I modified one of the roll up leather ones to work with my rack. I kinda jury rigged it but it worked until I sold it.

Had to pull the bars out of the leather and cut them down half an inch but in the end it was fine.

 

The rack was welded to a 2x2 Aluma angle that rested on the stock bedrail almost perfectly and ran full length of the bed until the tailgate.

If your ladder rack is not one piece, resting on the bedsides, your going to have an issue.
