I'm needing some chains (or other traction device) strictly for chain laws compliance in places that require them. This year I will be traveling in CO but otherwise probably won't be using them.

Has anyone here used chains on a TRD Pro? I'm not sure if there's anything I should be aware of in regards to clearance requirements with the stock suspension.

    I'm running 275/70R17 BFG KO2's.

you won't get anything to fit the front tyres, rears yes. If you run spacers you can do it up front, but you have to be mindful that they canaille catch the plastics.

Yes, I should mention I only want them for the rear.

just get a set of cables. buy em and toss them in the back for the checks. If you are on the road, you are not going to be needing chains. If it is that bad, they will stop traffic from going through, if they are not then you need to question your mental capacity as to why you are on a highway and putting on chains. I'd rather be curled up in a hotel room with the loved one (sadly my dog) then risk driving in it.

I agree. It would have to be an emergency situation for me to be that desperate. I just want to have something in the vehicle "just in case".

Nothing sad about that. Dogs offer unconditional love.
