Since the temps got just above freezing yesterday afternoon I got her all washed up. The wheels needed a good scrubbing as well. Vacuumed and ArmorAll too. Like shining up a penny.. or more like a .50 piece

 

Do you have a pic of them not on?? I want to see how they look when they're not on... To see if they look like the white ones they have.

Just hit 60k on my ‘13.

 

Got my X-Bull tracks today. Temporarily mounted them to the bed cleats with some adjustible bungies.

 

Installed an Ultragauge I recently snagged from a member. Wish Toyota would've given Tacoma's a basic on-board computer like the 4Runners have

Color matched and added rigid industry SR-M back up lights to the bumper I got from @skatefreak282 . Color match is almost perfect. Pictures are all pre wax!!!

 

Removed driver front lock actuator and cleaned the little motor (remote unlock/lock hasn’t been working for about a year now on that door) and cleaned it.


Cleaned out a pretty good amount of buildup (on q-tip below) and reassembled.


Also installed a EZ-Down for my tailgate. Works okay, but may take time before it starts to get a little less clunky.

 

Had a lesson on replacing spark plugs with the girlfriend. Oil change lesson is tomorrow.

Also planning on doing one of the AC Dog Platforms this weekend..

Oh, I also bought a locking fuel cap that should arrive on Monday.

 

How do you like it so far? I was thinking about getting one of the wireless ones for mine and the girlfriend's car. It would be handy for engine codes and the like since she drives a 2003 Honda that I know nothing about and I'd just like it because I had a BullyDog on my old Jeep and it was super handy to have...

 

Today I picked up my tonneau cover, spline lug nuts, new scented cabin filter and fog light kit for my SR5. Can't wait to install them all.

 

Did you paint it yourself? Was the bumper chrome and black primed before?
