Neither of the 2 cig outlets or the USB plug have power going to them. I looked at the two 15A fuses according to the lable on the cover under the driver dash and they are good. I then checked every fuse under the driver dash and they are all fine as well. What other fuse or relay puts power to these items. It would be handy if Toyota added a detailed guide for their fuse box like every other manufacturer.

And no, it's not the cord or the charger plug.

I bought the truck pre owned Monday and tried them last night for the first time. Ill call the dealer tomorrow am. They are 500 miles away so taking it to let them look isnt really an option.

Are you checking with the key on or off? These may be powered on in the on position?

When I get home tonight, I'll grab a meter and see if power is making it to the fuses and go from there. It doesnt look like their is anything aftermarket on the truck at all.

I suspect it's something worse, since the fuses get power after the relay and the relays (x2) are soldered on a board....

Somewhere between the J8 junction and sockets. You would have lost a lot more otherwise..

I really appreciate the feed back helping me sort this out.

I pulled the center console off to get to the one in the box. Have power and ground there on the back, it's just not making it through the socket. The back of the socket has a burn. I'm guessing someone fired the socket and then tried the other one.
