If it's the metal retainer, you should be able to just rebend it back into shape. Taking bulbs in and out, they can get loose. They're nothing more than a piece of wire.

It does suck. :( Should get the babysitting rate for teaching (since that is really what it has become). Then I would be very happy.

Wanna come in and sub for me? :D

Everything has AC, and in the winter some part of your body is always cold...

But people are definitely built differently. I can wear jeans in 90* heat, but will start to bundle up at 60.

Extreme humidity and heat are the least comfortable, but survivable. My wife is from Fairbanks, AK and I can't even imagine winter there. Still, 20 degrees in CT in January is better than 95 degrees in July.

I'm a really thin guy but can't stand the heat.

In the winter I'm usually fine. The house is set to 60° at night and if I go to bed too early and it hasn't cooled down from 65° at all, I can't sleep because it's too warm.

I've been pulled over a couple times for something as small as a licence plate bulb being out. :notsure:

Ill take working in a plant on a 100+ day, over trying to function in this crap.
After work, quick cruise to the beach, and a corona or 2 to wind down....

Correct... Even more so in deep south coastal Texas

Problem is, I cant. Each call will be different.

The outside isn't air conditioned! I work outdoors, living down south would be the death of me.
That's what you get for living in RI!

Happened twice in Mass, once in RI. I actually find it easier to get away with things in RI.

Still in MA with RI plates. And of course it's easy to get away with stuff in RI, it's corrupt as all hell

my logic is you cant do something as easily as put a jacket and a hat on in the heat. i can be in shorts and a t shirt until 55 degrees, and im sweating my ass off at 80 degrees. crazy how we adjust.

Completely agree. Especially about the Corona.

True, but the outside isn't heated in New England in the winter either!

Yeah and after 7 years in Boston I still was not quite adjusted to the cold. I'd hibernate all winter and bitch and moan every time I went outside. But all summer I'd be living the good life haha. It takes a long time to readjust!

You just didn't have the right gear.

I love having all 4 seasons but for me in the summer time I can only take so many layers off.

I had nice gear, but my face was always cold, even with the beard! Maybe I could wear a ski mask, but I'd rather not get shot by BPD haha

Plus I hated having to put on like 18 layers if it was really cold and windy out.
