PLEASE DELETE...3rd Gen reverse lights stopped working

    Hi everyone,

    Long story-short I was trying to figure out which wire to tap into for a 3rd brake light (bar) for reverse and when I connected my DMM the reverse lights stopped working. I checked all the fuses under the dash and hood and none are blown. I even swapped the relays and they all work. I replaced the bulbs as well.

    Anyone have any thoughts on what else to check?

    Do you have the factory repair manual . ?
    The reverse lights are controlled by the Nuetral Switch on the side of the transmiison .
    Your transmission is completely computer controlled .
    Do you have a OBD scan tool ?

    I don’t have either of those things. So there a physical switch that I might have to replace?
