Thanks! Just plastidip, its good from far but far from good. needs touched up its been dipped for a little over a year and is now ready for a touchup.

Got my A-pillar Ram ball and dual arm mounted up to test fit the

$18 UV-5R VHF/UHF Dual Band Radio 144-148MHz 420-450MHz Transceiver

UV-5R. Need to get a lip mount antenna going so my HT antenna doesn't take as much of a bend! Also you can see the CaliRaised front bumper light button mounted below. Got my hidden light bar wired up. once it warms back up I need to reset my switched wires so the switch lights up properly when the truck comes on. For now its fine though.

 

Mounted a spare phone with Torque to monitor some stuff on the truck with Bluetooth OBDII. A little worried about theft so may change the mounting location. Also might wire up an SPOD or Switch Pro to use with Bluetooth

 

Another day of carpentry Getting closer.

 

Is that trans temp a custom PID? if it is what formula did you use?

 

Little things today; finally got the bedliner I needed and installed the Mountain Hatch bed liner plate. Such a simple mod; but so awesome. Now I have a table instead of just a tailgate!

 

Eh... time for an oil change.

You probably have heard this before but in case you have not, there is a different door seal that the deal can install to get rid of that noise. I can look up the part number if you need it. I had mine replaced and it solved that wind kazoo noise 100%.

 

I would be interested in the part number to check it out

 

I will check the paperwork and see if I can find the part number. The dealership covered mine no cost after I got in touch with the right service manager.

Found the paperwork... they replaced both front weatherstrips with part #67861-04062 & 67862-04062...

thinking about getting a prinsu roof rack. i have a 52 curved light bar and want to know if it will be in the way. does anyone have the prinsu rack with a lightbar? not the light bar that you can get with the rack. any pictures?

 

Not sure if i took pictures when i did a temp install of a 50 curved i had when i first got my prinsu, but it really didn't look good... still trying to sell the damn thing..

 

Yep. Familiar with it. Just didn't feel like spending $130 on them. It supposedly stops the squeaky corner noise that some of us get as well. I fixed that one too.
