Is there a community down in the keys? Was wondering I have a friend in key West with a 3rd gen 4 runner. He needs help with some weld on sliders, and general repair work.

Not in the keys but if he can make it out to Orlando I can give him a hand.

@Timbo's Customs I believe is a little closer but don't know if he's taking on more work at the moment.

I know there's some folks down there, after the last nasty hurricane last year there was a relief group that got put together from South Florida to help folks, you might be able to find that thread and get in touch with some of those guys.

There are mobile welders in the lower keys. I do not know of any off hand but i see the on the road when I drive to key west . Google it and I am sure you will find what your looking for.

 

Assuming it's still mobile, I'd also check/ask around the boat yards (Stock Island) for welders
