Headrests keep moving

    Not even sure honestly. My 16 was in for a few things prior to warranty expiration, and I just wanted to get it and go by the time they were done. Didn't realize the problem was unresolved til the next day.

    If you look at the stop points, the headrest stops in the highest spot best. The two above have more of a bevel cut. Additionally when you lean back into the headrest it releases and moves up. I took an 8” steel file to mine. Using the narrow edge, file the edges straight, maybe 1/8” - 1/4” deep. They will have a more solid lock. To keep them from releasing when you lean back, file around to the front of the headrest another 10-15 degrees. Keep testing and filing around to the front until you’re satisfied.
