Bilsteins - how do they lift ?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    If propperly lifted, no parts should have any excessive wear.

    along with what chris is saying...the ride will be less jarring, just a bit firmer for better handling and a nice all around ride IMO.

    Bilstein Front shocks, Rough Country 3" lift kit, 5" black railway running boards
    i think with just bilsteins it wont be so bad if not even better.. maybe if you put stiffer coils and leafspring thats where it makes significant change in ride quality

    Yes definatly improved and that was at the 1.75" setting.

    Westin bullguard, Steelcraft 3" Nerfbars, Bilstein 5100s all around -front set at 2.5", toytec 2" AAL, Wickedflow muffler, 265/70/17 Destination ATs.
    I felt an improvement in mine and I'm at the 2.5" setting. Yes, the ride is stiffer but that shouldn't be construed as less comfortable. The truck feels tighter and rides better.

    I think that's my concern. When I hear "stiffer" I think: "it handles corners better but doesn't absorb bumps well." I do a lot of highway driving, so I don't want feel every little bump in the road.
