Just watched the 2 hour show. Looks like they found the 90 foot stone and next week some interesting stuff in Smith's Cove as they are excavating it now....

that sucks. i was hoping they'd find something substantial before he passed. hopefully they did and it just hasn't shown yet.

So since Dan has passed does that make it 7? Or do you have to die on the job?

Not that it's important. Looks like he was 95 - at least in the stories I read.

If any of us have half the life he had - going after a dream - then it's a life well lived.

Not sure which one is right but either way he lived into his 90’s. Not sure if they will mention it on tonight’s episode

Started watching Curse of WWII Gold - first episode of a new series.

Looks promising so far, at least the narrator is an order of magnitude less annoying than the one on the Oak Island show.

Season 3 of Treasure Quest - Snake Island also is good and shows promise for Season 4.

Unfortunately the networks have not jumped on my pitch for The Curse of TW BST Forums which features TW users looking for deals and treasure on the Buy, Sell Trade forums. Had the same narrator as Oak Island.

I'm surprised that Rick hasn't pushed Marty down a shaft yet to fulfill the curse.

Why would he do that? He’s the one giving most of the funding and allowing Rick to always get his way.

I’m surprised there isn’t more fans in this thread. I’ve been watching since show #1

I think I said this before... if they do actually find something significant it will be all over the news. All of the pertinent information presented in this series could have fit in a single hour show.

That's probably the only reason that Rick hasn't done it yet. :spy:

I haven't watched every episode but I do watch a few here and there. I don't care for the narrator and how they try to build suspense. History Channel should be presenting this as a documentary and not a reality tv show.
