I've seen that posted on TW before. I think he was asking 70K for it.

 

Maybe Toyota should take the hint and bring the Dolphin back.

Kind of interesting I have looked at small motorhomes in this size... $70k isn't bad. they have them based on the 2nd and 3rd gen trucks.

 

Cost? Weight?

Pretty cool, but I don’t see much of a market. Too big to Offroad more then fire roads, too small to be a mini RV.

I like it. Anybody who has ever ridden in a cab-over or motorhome over forest service roads knows that thing would torque all its fasteners out in ten miles of what some of you guys on here would put it through. But I like it anyway.

 

Lookup sunraider. They werr awesome campers.

 

About the closest thing to a 3rd Gen regular can I can get...

That would be perfect for my bucket list vacation. Florida to Seattle thru the northern states. The down the west coast stopping off at all the best surf breaks, then checking out some desert stuff back to FL.

 

I don’t like it but the older campers built on the 2nd gen pickups are pretty cool.id love to restore/build one up.

Old Dolphins and Chinooks with 22R engines were very underpowered. Nice idea but scary AF to try to drive on modern interstate highways.

That 2015 is probably better but I’d be a lot more comfortable with a V8.

 

Hahhaha...imagine going on a road trip fully loaded with a 22R

 

this looks nice but i think it costs more than the truck
