Alright after to many hours of calculating all the details I'm finally ready to offer the first trial group buy.

Here are all the detail you need to know:

What will be included in the base
    - Bussmann 15401-1-2-1-0A
    - 10 35 Amp relays
    - 10 (30 amp fuses) & 10 (15 amp fuses)
    - 1' of 4 gauge positive and ground welding wire
    - 10 (12v fuse outs) (18 gauge GXL wires)
    - 10 (12v relay and fused outs) (12 AWG gauge wires)
    - There will be 1' of 20 lead wires going to switches along with 4 ground wires (no connections included)
    - Pig tail assembly for 20 out puts will be included
(Attached is a drawing of what to expect)

Price: $260.00 (includes shipping to lower 50)
If you need additional lengths of the leads you'll need to pm with details
Also if you need additional 12v fuses wired up let me know.
There will be an additional price for these changes.

Lead time: I'm expecting to have all 5 done 2-4 weeks (could be sooner depending on how fast the parts come in, and how fast we get all 5 people)

Before I start ordering I need a group of 5. Once we reach all 5 I will need payment in full. (Please send money threw PayPal as goods and services)

    1.)
    2.)
    3.)
    4.)
    5.)

Post from earlier / a little background:

I'm looking to build myself a Bussmann 10 relay fuse box Dual Bus Bars w/cover. Now if I build myself just one it will cost me somewhere between $600-$700. The biggest reason is because of buying the items / material that have a minim order limit which in the end ill have a bunch left over.
also the more you buy the better discounts are offered.
    For example:
1 unit of the bussmann 10 relay box is ($100 each including shipping)
5 units is ($83.71 each, including shipping)
10 units is ($77.24 each, including shipping)
    and so on....

my plan is to use @tacozord write up (best write up ever seen by man) to build the block.

Check out his DIY at the following link: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diy-build-and-install-a-bussmann-rtmr-fuse-relay-block.399454/

I know there are other members that sell smaller 5 relay blocks but they are limited to only 5 fused relays and 5 just fused a total of 10 switches. For my build it wont be enough. Here is a list of the switches I need to run on my truck as an example:

    1.) Led bumper light
    2.) Arb Comp
    3.) Arb front Locker
    4.) Optional back up compressor
    5.) Train Horn
    6.) Rock Lights
    7.) Bed Lights
    8.) Flood lights
    9.) Fog lights
10.) Work lights (side lights on rack)
    11.) Reverse Lights
    12.) Additional fan
    13.) CB radio
14.) 12v usb charger (in cab)
    15.) 1000w invertor
By the time I finish building the block I'm sure ill think of more things to add lol

Just so we are all on the same page at this time I haven't started buying any parts of tools, I'm mostly looking to get the following things before proceeding with the project:
1.) How many people are interested?
2.) How many would be ok with a down payment up front (material cost?)
Also things worth mentioning, I'm not planning to do this long term. Mostly want to build mine, test it to make sure everything is done correctly and possibly make a few more with left over material and sell to members on TW. As a goal I think if we get 5 people willing to come along with me on this project I would be happy. The more people we have interested the better price per unit we can get and I call pass on the saving to you guys. Here is an estimated cost at this time depending on how much people we get signed up.
    1-5 ($260.00)

Attached bellow is a few pictures of what the box would look like (this is not my work only for a visual purpose)

Lead time would be 2-4 weeks (may be sooner depending on how quick everything comes)

Not sure if anyone is following this but here is a small update on the feeler group buy.
At this time looks like 2 people have voted that I first make one before anyone commits.
My next step are as following, Creating a list of all the parts and costs to determine exact (or close to) build cost.
Depending on amount I will consider 2 options. Option 1 build a sample board of the 10 relay or option 2 if costs are to much then I will consider buying 2 built 5 relays from @Sandman614
If anyone needs a smaller board here is a link to a group buy: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/ongoing-small-batch-bussmann-rtmr-5relay-10fuse.400458/
Ill keep this thread updated on the progress as I go along.

This didn’t get any traction. I did buy some parts to build a sample but never got around to putting it all together. Could probably put it together in a week or so.

The ones at waytec are not wired up though. Buying all the connectors, fuses, relays, plugs, etc, it really adds up. Plus you are looking at hours of work.
