Waterproof RCA Video Connection Ideas

    I'd like to have a connection for a camera that requires a power connection and RCA video connection that would be under my tonneau cover, but I'd like them to be waterproof. I'm drawing a blank as to how to set this up and google searches aren't sending me down the right path.

    Should I put the connections in a box or are there waterproof connections already that I could plug and un-plug the camera as needed?

    Any help is appreciated and once I'm done with this project, I'll have a "how-to" in another thread.

    Also, I don't mind doing some soldering, but haven't messed with RCA. I'm researching on the side if it's worth it to turn the RCA into a standard connector of some sort.

    Just use the included RCA connections on most cameras and put some ½” adhesive lined heat shrink over it. Water sealed for good.

    I know i can shrink wrap it and hide it, but i was hoping for a temporary connection so that i can unhook when not needed. I was hoping for something like a permanent plug.

    I might have to make a box and cut into the bed to have it hidden and, therefore, waterproof. I'd just plug the rca video and power of the camera in as needed.

    the wiring is 16awg which is a bit thicker than I'd like for a backup cam, but it will work if you're halfway decent with a soldering iron.
    one connector for video + and -, and one connector for cam power and ground

    edit* found a 4-pin with 18awg so that would be my suggestion
