My mom was looking at land between Stonewall and Blanco there was 10 acres for 128k with elec and water

 

I know this has been for sale for a while now about a year now i think there asking over 300k for it the sign says 7 acres

 

You can get 20 acres in alpine for 10k

 

I hear you starting up a restaurant lol

 

We are looking for about a 100 acres with or without house

 

Lmao I was about to say you can buy 250 acres for under 10k an acre in ft Stockton area

 

Drive down i10 toward El Paso you pass signs that say 200 plus acres for under 200k

 

I know where there 41 acres for sale in the boonies I pass it everyday on my bus

On the left side of the road when you make that corner everything to the left the sign says 41 acres

 

Only cows I get here are the ones that escaped the fence further IN town! But, it's a nice field, with a loud RR track. Good news is City bought the field two years ago, and I find out it is all reserved for water control in the future. No one behind us EVER! And maybe some bike/walking trails to connect up with the ones downtown that ALMOST get here.

And, who doesn't like cows!

I miss hearing trains
No hwy sounds here but trains are cool

 

Not every half hour! There are at least 6 Engineers I know by the horns, and they deserve some pellets off their window. When we moved here, three a day. Dad loved it when he came to visit, and would take his cassette tape recorder out to the fence and record it. Now, it's an industrial sound I could do without... But, we still chose to invest in this low buck, paid for home - and keep it as home base. I have a pool, gardens, now solar, and it would take all my retirement to move "up" to moving out!

 

Go to the Southwest side of San Antonio drive down zarzamora you'll sit at a train crossing for 30 mins cause the train transporting Toyota tundra frames passes through there 3 times a day

 

Is the Amtrak still cheap when I was on it it was 54 dollars to go from San Antonio to Tuscon az this was 2006
