Hi quick question will a 285/75R17 tire fit on my 2018 TRD off road Tacoma with a stage 4 icon lift with having to do a CMC or should I just do the 285/70

It's going to depend on wheel offset etc and how much trimming you're willing to do. I'd ask your question in the Suspension and 3rd Gen. Tacomas (2016+) forums though.
