You could call them frame rails.
I’m guessing it’s by the catalytic converter.

I'm so sorry! I was thinking the third from the last pic in the second batch. No need to check. I'm just a bit ticked, as this truck has been to 2 different dealership a number of times, 4 mechanics this past summer/fall No one has ever said a thing. I ALWAYS mentioned rust. They have NO idea what they are doing.

The guy who found the hole charged me 20.00. I gave him a hundred. What is wrong with these mechanic and dealerships here? I'm thinking I need to try to get into that dealership aways from me. I do not trust anyone anymore. Sigh...I truly appreciate your help. Thank you.

That pic should fail the truck also but the argument over delamanation compared to showing them a hole is harder.

Gotta get it in or you could miss out!
Seems it’s not common to see underbody rust for your area so it gets overlooked.

@Jeffch Delamanation is where those "rails" are separating? (sorry) Btw, I don't go in to the dealership until next weekend. I decided not to go local. After calling a few, I decided no. I'll go to the dealership where they've done at least one truck. Should I order anything from the online Toyota site you had mentioned, or just wait?

    Yes that’s delamination.
I’d hold off on buying parts.
Talk to them at the dealer about supplying your own parts first.
Make sure they are willing to do it.
