Finally built myself a workbench and I needed some good parts bins. Found this guy on Craigslist who bought the entire hardware aisle of Orchard Supply.

$15 Each. Not bad. I got six, might end up buying more.

It’s also time to get myself a new frame.

DeeZee Trailer Tongue Toolbox. Best box I’ve ever had. I used to have this metal Delta crossover box but I hated it. Had virtually zero room.

I wanted a chest style box and they were all over $500, or were made for full sized beds. This one fit perfectly and it was only $97 shipped to my door from Amazon. It’s plastic, but super durable.

Price has gone up slightly since I bought it.

I'm a big ass nerd but I LOVED reading The Toyota Way. If you really want to, the principles and stuff they teach aren't only for manufacturing cars, awesome stuff for life in general. Who doesn't want to get more efficient? Lol

Plant maintenance. I fix machines, fab parts, grease equipment. Attempt to weld worth a shit..lol. hence the welding class. I do alot of strange stuff. Running data cable to fixing a 3.5 million dollar pasteurizer. Depends on what needs to be done..

I was offered about the same job as line equipment maintance man at my local FedEx distribution hub about three years ago by my neighbor who was staying there while the plant was being built. He saw me (attempting) welding in my driveway one day and offered me a job.

Couldn’t end up taking it because I was 16 at the time. Something about insurance.

Wish I could’ve taken it. He told me the guy I would be replacing made like $55 an hour part time.
