N-fabs, BakFlip VP, power tailgate lock, bed lights, "raptor" grill lights. Standard mall crawler stuff.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I'm going to get some estimates for spray foam.
The floor of the crawl space is concrete. It's not vented and I believe they meant it to be conditioned space since there are no vents and no pipes are insulated.

God I wish my crawlspace was a concrete floor! LUCKY! Side note, I did find a shovel in my crawl space, and the dirt dug down substantially :spy:

my dad found a set of workers clothes in ours when I was kid, boots, drawes and all. they were laying there like someone lied down and everything to include bones disintegrated. was weird as hell and we kept thinking that house was haunted growing up.

Had to move my washer drain line over about 12” to make room for my fridge niche. Then I had to move my toilet flange over about 8” and install a new line for the bathroom sink. Fun weekend.

The tub and the wheelbarrow were my grandparents at their house so it was cool to reuse some family pieces.

The dirt was left for a few weeks and it became a gigantic cat box. Really annoyed me.

Looking at your yard I get the impression that you don't like running a lawn mower. Looks good by-the-way.

was original 1973 when i bought it. Also old lady owned and we have a shit load of feral cats some crazy cat lady feeds two houses away (they tear up everything im noticing) Dont have enough money to change up the whole front yard and we're in CA afterall and "low maintenance, drought proof" is recommended.

So maybe I missed something, but last official word I saw was the slab lowering was abandoned?

We aren't able to lower it as much as we wanted to , but are able to get about an additional 6" of headroom , plus insulate and add vapour barrier
