The predator bars that came off my truck are on my dad's 2nd gen.

I insisted on 2 stage PPG paint so I paid $500 for the shell respray.

 

I would say $200-$300 is probably in the ballpark.

 

Where is it posted? I looked and didn't see it. I'm thinking about swapping my steps out

 

I don't think those will fit my 2nd Gen. Good looking truck with them on.

 

Will definitely fit a 2nd gen.

 

@JBTacoma @stronghammer do either of you know anyone in Huntsville that's involved with this? I have heard that Bill Penney of Bill Penney Toyota is a member of this. Maybe we should try and go wheelin with these guys?

Hey guys, I read somewhere on the forums about the v6 having a secondary air intake screen after the air filter. The question is, if you remove it do you get the increased performance that i read about? Anybody tried or have incite?

 

Yes they do and if you get any gains I couldn't tell in my T4R. If you take your filter out it is obvious to see it. Mine was already kinda loose so I just finished the job. I would however recommend a better filter since you are taking away from the stock filter that isn't that great to begin with. I went with a K&N drop in.
