I own a 2018 Off-road. I like the goodyear wrangler tires it came with and the size/ fitment of the setup. However I do not like the way the wheel looks. I was wondering if I could just by any 16x7 wheels and keep my tires for now without any problems with them fitting.
    Thanks

I bought it new and my goal is to make the truck my own while making mods myself that keep it running smooth and reliably. I am looking to keep this truck for years.

Plenty of tire and wheel stores will help you out, just have to go to one.

In addition to what @whatstcp said above about proper lug and bore measurements, the offset of the aftermarket wheels will likely be a factor in whether or not tires still fit without rubbing and/or poke. The factory TRD OR wheels have a +25 offset, so anything lower than that (which is common with aftermarket wheels) will move the wheels+tires farther out from their mounts.

For example, the following diagram depicts wheel+tire position with an aftermarket zero (0) offset wheel (in green) versus the TRD OR stock +25 offset wheel (in orange). I stuck with the stock TRD OR 265/70R16 tires for this example:
