No tint at all? That's nuts!! We have a tint law in Indiana, but I can only think of one time I've ever heard of it being enforced. Guy I grew up with back in high school put green mirror tint on his car and a state trooper pulled him over and sliced an X in all his windows with a razor blade. If I remember correctly, he re-tinted everything mirror green again.

I have 20% all around and on top of my factory tint in the back. The few times that I have been pulled over I always roll every window in the car all the way down. Unless it was pouring or something, but I do not know very many officers that want to get soaked in the middle of a 12hr shift. You've got to be a real 1.D.10.T to pull that off. Probably just screwed myself. LoL

Received my new @JDEMELLO bumper, purchased through @state48overland and their stress free Armor Purchase Plan. I opted to ship it bare and have it powder coated locally. That was a fortunate decision, as the trucker rolled the pallet onto the exposed hoop.

This upgrade should be good for 10hp and 25+ instagrams.

I like that solution, so, you can keep the original bumper. For me, the Tacoma is nicer this way.
I'd have liked to do the same, but my stock bumper broke in the first month of use.

I did replace the bearing a few months ago.
But he's still starting to make noise .
So, I ordered a new compressor, just in case.
I can't imagine driving without A/C in that country !!!

Were you able to find just the Bearing, or did you buy one of the kits?

It's usually pretty hot during July and August.
Lots of humidity around where we live! 90 degrees or 32 Celsius.

No tint at all on the front windows. Back windows can be as dark as you want. Technically shops are supposed to fail you for inspection if you have front tint, but none of them do. I had a buddy get his Golf tinted in Mass and then get pulled over within 5 minutes of getting off the highway in VT for it.

I got a sibling for my 2nd Gen. Picked her up today.

The only type of 3rd Gen I like...Can't wait to mod this thing

2000 T4R 4WD Manual. It was a deal I could not refuse. In the background is my Dad's 1st gen.

Installed my Cali Raised stealth LED mount and 32" LED bar behind my bumper. Dipped my wheels as well. The weather sucks right now.

Sucks you got a ticket. It is safer with the legal limitations though. I always wonder how people see dark objects (people wearing black, black dogs)out the side windows at night with super dark tint.

Well, it happened last october. I was just going to town (490 miles) and the bearing broke down. So, without A/C, you have to open windows. (the thermometer for the inside cabin was 49 ° C = 120 °F)
    (need some cold beers!!!!!)
And I had it repaired in a garage. The mechanic told me he just replaced the bearing...
Till now it works good, but as said before, it's sarting to make noise again...
I'll let you know what happens in the next weeks. Here, it's summer and I use the A/C permanently.

Matt, ya know I have wondered about why folks do the fog light anytime mod here in Va. Here your fogs a required to cut off when your high beams are engaged. I reckon folks skate by in some inspection places but nowhere I go. Hell they even made me switch my led tag and tail lights back to stock. I just left them that way I'm not having to switch all kinds of stuff around every year. HID's are a deffinate no no
