    480ish feet up might be a long enough distance that it could be construed as premeditated if you yell heads up...

    It would take about 5 seconds from A to B so you would have to drop it before you would be able to see them (also depends on craft speed). But in order for this to work you would need someone to signal you from the other side of the bridge unless they were coming at you...in which case they would see you and probably dodge the turbulant trout.
