It was one of maybe 10 or so within 500 miles. TRDOR w the manual is a tough one to find. Even harder to find at a good price too.

Nice. 60mm? What RPM range are you expecting to generate boost at? I would imagine 3k or so with that one?

You gonna feed that one with a smaller turbo to build boost at lower RPMs?

Yeah it's a 60 mm and I have no idea where it'll spool. It's a GTX2860r gen 2 so dual ball bearing and "more efficiency". The other turbo 2tr builds are running similar sizes and they say it spools nicely.

The 50mm I had feeding the 80mm on the Supra I had would spool around 2300 and the 80mm would start producing between 3500-4K per the tune I had in it.

You are going to need to find a tuner that can get you where you need to be so you don’t blow your shit up.

That was many moons ago. Sold the 93 I had in 99, bought a 96 in 01 and wrecked it at the drag strip in Jax in 04.

    Not a Supra. It’s a BMW and it’s ugly.

And there’s no manual transmission option for the new ones.

Mapecu3's software along with plx AFR gauges and a base tune from urd for my supercharger which produced the same amount of boost.

Interesting, I’ve been out of the Toyota scene so long I didn’t know they had software to tune. I learned how to tune megasquirt on my Mustang and it was my favorite part of the build.

I worked with a guy who had one of those on his single cab 4x4 4cyl., man was that thing fast. He was beating stock Mustang GT's in the 1/4 mile if I remember.
