Hey Folks, I’m a life time Toyota owner. My first Toyota pick up was my dads hand me down 1989 3.0L 5 speed 4x4 king cab. I gave it back to him at 295k miles. I replaced it with an 04 sr5 prerunner double cab in college, which I am currently listing. I’ve already replaced it with a 2014 TRD Sport M6 4x4 with trd factory supercharger, trd exhaust, trd cold air intake, trd pro grill w/ backlighting and trd pro wheels. It has an led light set up which is pretty awesome too. I am absolutely in love with the truck!!! I actually jumped on the earliest flight with my wife the day after finding it for sale online. In the process my gsm called me threatening to can me if I was back the next morning. My wife yelled at me so many times for doing pulls that we had to pull off the highway which subsequently lead to me getting into some deep mud . All my equity from my 04 will go into performance and suspension upgrades!

Quite the upgrade man! The 12-15's in MGM are the best looking Tacos of all time in my opinion haha. How do you like that supercharger?

I like the body style a lot too, I also like the part availability for the 12-15s. The supercharger is incredibly fun and I’d like to do some more things to it to add an additional 50-75 hp! Mainly injectors/7th, tuner, pully and of anything else I can sort out to help like fuel pump upgrade.

    Welcome to TW !
Beautiful trucks, new and old !

I’d ask yourself, will it really be able to use LT for the driving / area you live in ?

If so, I’d go with a 3.5”+ kit and an equal performance LT rear. Personally I think 2” kits are not really worth it, 90% of the $$$$ with 50% of the performance.

If you’d probably be just as happy with a solid mid travel setup, I’d go that route. Less money, maintenance, and easier to daily.

That said, a supercharged LT taco... = MY DREAMS !
