Doesnt sound like a chirp and only happens when going from 35-40 mph.

I cant quite tell where its coming from it almost sounds like from behind the dash.

any ideas?

it almost sounds like the whirring you can get in your speakers when you install a sound system and have electrical to close to the speaker wire if that helps.
