    Look at the max inner diameter. 297 vs 256... 41 mm is significant. The center bore will need to opened up. Also note the extra width of the friction material and 2 lbs more of cast iron to heat up. I think some of the Land Cruiser drums from some years back might have the same diameter but even more friction material.
