Being a teenager myself this is probably true

But we aren't all bad! Me and my friends hate seeing this stuff too

 

What's really concerning is that this is just a small taste of how the public (the dumb ones) reacts as soon as there is no authority.

Imagine when it gets real bad..

You say that like every generation since the beginning hasn’t had a subset that are entitled assholes. If what yu say were true, we wouldn’t have needed law enforcement until now.

 

True, but those kids were raised by their parents. It’s one of those “the apple doesn’t fall far from the trree” things, lol. So if we’re going to blame anyone, we should blame those in the previous generation for raising said entitled a-holes.

How my kids act reflect more on me than anyhing. I hope I’m not raising one of “them” lol.

 

Absolutely true! In general (there are many exceptions in each) every generation since the sixties with the self esteem movement and has gotten progressively worse.

 

There are always bad apples in each generation -- not opposed to taking off the warning labels on crap to eliminate a little bit of society... "Do not eat Tide Pods" - maybe let 'em and let nature takes it course... maybe our trails and tracks might be a little less messy...

This is a quote that was used for years about people complaining about the next generation. It purports to show the complaint has been aired for thousands of years.

Then someone researched it and could find no evidence that Socrates actually said it, so it may well be false.

Yet, the quote was researched in the 60's and they couldn't find references beyond the 50's. Given that, it still can be said at this point in time, generations have complained about the younger generation.

So much for trivia. Still, don't be an asshole.

I consider it a win if my kids turn out with 10% of what you say, lol.

To be considered a good human, the standards are pretty low, when we have people doing the things they’re doing in national parks during the shitdown.
