2019 calvary blue tacoma TRD off-road 4x4

Hey does anyone know if the mounting holes for the third gen double cab Tacoma change between the year 2016 to 2019 and also if your able to switch the driver side Toyota predator tube steps to the passenger side and still have the all the holes match up? I’m trying to prove a point right now so I need some else input! Thanks in advance
