A sweet old lady in a 2018 Prius, with backup camera and alarms, nailed my truck last week while backing out of a parking spot. I was backed into a spot so the damage is to the front fender and the bumper is toast.

I already got paid out and after some quotes I'm leaning towards just fixing the fender and putting the rest towards a new front bumper ($1k leftover so thank you sweet old lady!). I do like to hit some mild trails but I'm no rock crawler, plus I drive in Grass Valley and Nevada City all the time and deer scare the shit out of me. I'm thinking an aluminum bumper for the weight savings over steel.

Been looking at the All Pro apex aluminum bumper but do you guys have any suggestions before I pull the trigger??

I got the new Demello Offroad bumper with light bar cut out. I like how this sits flush with the fender flares and its build quality is second to none. Talk with @state48overland those guys can get you setup and you may be able to use their APP armor purchase plan. 20190119_213817.jpg 20190107_171242.jpg

Thanks ya'll! I'll check out CBI and Demello. I did already look at both and was really into Demello but the all pro has free freight shipping so I could bundle it with a IFS skid. It's so hard to choose when it's a hefty chunk of change!

If you're looking into All Pro, reach out to @sidetracked . He's an All Pro dealer, made me a helluva deal on some All Pro sliders, and he's fairly local (Folsom).

That being said...those Demello bumpers are nice!

I just had some similar damage to mine, put an ARB on it. I put the ARB meant for an 2005-11 model and did some modifications to get it snug. I am super happy with how it turned out. There is a thread on how to do it from crazy joker, came out great. The ARB's are bulky, but the protection is great around the grill and the 2005-11 model doesn't hurt your angles too much. I put holstein 6112's on at the second clip to level it back out and compensate for the weight.

Sidetrack has some great pricing on All Pro armor so I'm going that route. Now just trying to figure out if I can swing bundling the bumper, IFS skid, and HD sliders in one order. Nobody tell my wife please.

Or does anyone know of a cheap body shop to fix the fender? I'll have more $ towards the armor, the lowest quote I got so far is $680
