SOLD - 2010 Access Cab 4x4 6MT TRD Off Road - Salem, OR

I've loved owning this Tacoma but the time has come that I'm in need of a full four door with room in the back seats so I have to part with my Access Cab. I spent a long time looking for this specific package with the Access cab, 4x4, 6 speed, trd off road, so if you're as picky as I am and have been searching too, here she is!

To give you some background I'm a marine engineer in the merchant marines so I'm pretty handy when it comes to working on electronics and machinery so I've taken very good care of this truck since its been in my possession and made some modifications to it that were mostly inspired by things I saw here on TW.

These modifications are:

-Color Matched rear bumper
-7 Pin Trailer connection relocated
-Auto-on Backup Lights mounted in Rear Bumper
-Pop-N-Lock Locking Tailgate
-Century Topper with lockable latches
-Custom built Bed platform with side storage boxes (I usually just leave it in the truck but it can easily be pulled out in three pieces in about 15 seconds. It doesn't bolt down its just a custom fit for the truck so it doesn't rattle or move. The middle platform can be placed on the bed floor for headroom to sleep one (or a tight two), or lifted up to the side box level to comfortably sleep two with gear storage underneath.) Also built a little desk for it that fits in the tracks so I could watch movies on my laptop but it also doubles nicely as a flat surface to cook on and shit.

-Clazzio Leather seat covers (so nice you would never know they were covers)
-Rear Seat Delete with custom built Dog platform (I used it more for a toolbox and a cooler. Its bolted down so it doesn't rattle or slide around. It can also easily take the weight of a person its 3/4" plywood)
-Weathertech floor mats front and back
-TRD Shift knob
-Gun Magnet Holster by driver
-400W Inverter can be used without the key in (Can also use one of the cigarette lighters without the key using the inverter switch)
-LED light kit for interior lights and license plate light
-Center Console and Glove Box organizers

I had also purchased a set of four of the SCS SR8 wheels in Matte Dark Bronze. They're the 17x8.5mm. Also comes with the extended thread lugs. I was waiting to buy an OME lift kit so i could fit the wheels on the 275/70/17 tires I wanted but never quite got there. I might try and sell the wheels separately but if you'd like to buy them with the truck I can give you a deal on those as well.

I can also undo any of the mods if they are something that you don't want. I still have the back seats for example and could reinstall them if that was something that you wanted.

I thought all second gens had a recall for under carriage rust?

 

Just wondering if that's true about the under carriage rust. My family owns a 2012 Tacoma. Where did you hear about this QuicksandTaco?

 

Just from being around Tacoma world. I’m pretty sure all second gens have a recall in which you get a new frame and new suspension parts along with other misc things. I would check with your dealer especially if you see frame rust. It’s a free frame replacement so I would be all over it and then I would proceed to coat the under carriage every year with something to protect it.
