l know this has come up but contacted a local dealer today about the violent brake shuddering on my 2019 Pro when coming to a stop and asked about any TSB relating and they said “no” they were unaware of any such problem, can we help you with anything else? OMG! They were not concerned with that or willing to even look at it ? It has 1450 miles on it. This same dealer took 10 visits from me for a tire balance problem that was fixed by district rep putting on a set of Michelin’s.

10 visits? You might think about looking for another dealer.

There's no tsb. they should be able to resurface the rotors for no charge.

    Definitely go to another dealer.

10 visits...they are the ones who probably warped the brake rotors taking the wheels on and off that many times with an impact wrench.

I should have clarified. The 10 visits were on a 2013 Tacoma from this dealer, that is why I was so reluctant to even ask them about this issue, only reason is they are close by but will not be going there. They even told me that I have to go to the selling dealer for any warranty work, delusional....

why would you want to re-surface rotors with only 1450 and a new truck....if that is the case, i would demand NEW rotors.....when they resurface, they are cutting of material and reducing your brake life

It's not about a want. It's about what they do if it's still in spec.

He can definitely demand all he wants like how he got his tires replaced.

Whatever happens, it will be better than what he has now agreed?

maybe...but they need to find the root cause of the issue....sounds like re-surfacing is just a band-aid....not to mention taking the easy way out...

my use of the word "you" was referring to the dealer

    Working on them
Better off taking time to find another Dealer who really Cares about your business and wants to have You as an lifetime customer, While I do not think that there would be very many TSB out on the 2019 yet so personally I would be describing the problem that is being encountered and No... in No way would I accept Turned rotors at this point in time maybe if I 25,000 miles OK but less than 2,000 No.
