3rd Gen Custom Grille

Hey everybody, I'm new to the group. I've looked around a little and haven't found anything on what I'm looking for for one of my first mods. I want to make my own custom grille, complete with my own design in the middle. Only thing is, I haven't driven my new 2018 Taco Off Road home yet haha I wanted to get a head start and draw up the grille so I can fabricate it once I get it. The style will be similar to Empyre Off Road's. So my question is, does anybody have the measurements for the 3rd gen grilles? I just need the outer measurements. If anyone has specs on a steel one similar to EOR's that would help a ton. I will post a picture of the design soon.

P.S. This will be fabricated using a computerized plasma cutter. And yes I will be accounting for the TSS.

 

FYI, TSS does not play well with metal grills.

 

If I cut out a section for the TSS and use a non-metal screen, would that not resolve the issue? I plan on using acrylic or another type of thin plastic similar to Custom Car Grills. Most of the threads I have seen have good things to say about it.
