Dash warning lights on

I am getting these lights on my dash and I lose power windows, blower fan and DRLs. Anyone ever seen this? It is on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma that has 71k miles and I am original owner.

 

A car parts store can probably scan your truck to see what (if any) codes you are throwing. Might just be a blown fuse though.

 

I checked all the fuses when it did this a week and a half ago. All were good. My neighbor read the code last time and it said speed sensor right side. I have unplugged both ends and check the wire all looks good. I have a Bullydog computer that was plugged in and I am suspicious of it because why would the DRLs, blower fan and power windows all quit working?
