I actually just purchased some wether techs and I was having the same issue with the clutch catching on the mat. I just returned them and ordered some Husky instead (found them for about $40 cheaper than weather tech) it looks like they run up the floor board further than the weather tech but we’ll see when they arrive on Wednesday.

I trimmed my weathertechs to clear my clutch. I thought the wonky casting would fit itself over a summer or two. The quality of my pair is garbage, I hope I find a weather tech sells-men one day so I can show him. Now I have mats that let dirt pass through, look like **** and I have a ****** aftermarket logo in my truck.

So little update for those who care I got the Husky X-act Contour mats and they do go further up the floor board so the clutch does not catch on the mat. Also I think the material is better it's more rubbery than plastic so they aren't as slippery. The only weird thing is that I have a 2011 so the holes for the clips don't quite line up I think they line up for 2013-2015 trucks but its not a big deal for me.

here is the link to what I purchased they were about $30 bucks cheaper here than on the husky site.

We checked the receipt for my Weathertech. My son ordered them from Weathertech in December of 2014. P/n 446551 and 440213. This was a front and back set, black and there is a factory cut out for the clutch pedal.

I had an early production weathertech set in my old 07 xrunner and had to trim the driver side slightly so the clutch petal wouldn’t grab upon release

Thanks for all the feedback to this question! It was all very helpful. I ended up with the Husky Weatherbeater floor covers, front seat and backs. They fit incredibly well I must say. I had to take out the anchor hooks for the factory mats but who cares. I think I was expecting them to be more rubbery than plasticy but that's incidental. They look and function great and I am happy that I spent way too much money for a few pieces of moulded plastic.
