Which state to maybe rent or buy a very cheap cabin out west for at least summer use, not hot.

Lots Of snowbirds outhere in WA- so if you buy and VRBO/rent when your not using it you can make some decent profit in the Wenatchee/Chelan area.

 

Hmm, inland a little, have friends who moved from Vegas to Ocean Park. I see your suggestion is by lots of NF. Going on a road trip in July thru WA, OR, ID, stop by Kalama for Coleman stuff.

This is addressed to anybody who has brought property at an auction. Are there any pitfalls to look out for? Do they disclose any liens on the property? How much inspection do they let you do before the sale? Thanks in advance.
