Lights are on too long

Only the DRLs. Headlights come on immediately if it's dark. It's possible I'm mistaken and it's in fact tied to the parking brake. I haven't extensively tested but I did think I had broken my DRLs when I installed HIDs way back in the day because they didn't come on until I started driving.
