I spliced into the roof speakers at the a pillar and ran new wires to speaker boxes in the rear.
Why am i still getting the same amount of sound out of the new speakers as i was the roof speakers? Very low crappy sound.
    Did i miss something?

The factory radio sends virtually no power to the rear speakers. You need an amp or a new head unit
