    I started at 22.14. Union renegotiated in November of 17 for 32.14 with a 2.5% increase every year till 2024. As soon as I got done voting for the new contract I started shopping for my taco!

    That sounds sweet. We are not union. But my company has been good to me we do a lot of oil field stuff so we were crazy slow from 2015-1018 and had a lot of layoffs/wage freezes and I still managed to stay and make a little more. So I can’t complain

    4 tens would've been awesome. At my old job I did three twelves, but I was also going to school 4 days a week so I didn't get to reap any of the benefit. Though I did graduate debt free, so I guess that's the benefit.
