Hey guys. I’ve had my truck for 2 years and I’ve never used Entune. I never really bothered even looking into it to be honest.

As long as my Bluetooth syncs up then that is all I need.

Am I missing anything that’s worthwhile? I don’t want to download the app and spend half a day with it just to learn that it might be useless.

Yeah I’m pretty curious also. I only use that stuff for Bluetooth.

The short answer is no. Especially since the Pandora app was discontinued.

I use it for navigation. That’s about it.

Bluetooth con is all you need. Not sure what entune was trying to achieve here.

You are not alone. I've had my truck for a year now and have never used Entune. Don't think I've missed anything

Just got mine and tried to load some locations into the app for easy navigation selection when I get in the truck. I added the locations to the Entune app but didn’t see them on the unit when I got in the the car. I only looked for about 10 seconds though. Anyone know how this works?

Well now, wasn't that a sound bit of advice and support. Still waiting on the coffee to brew this morning?

Used Nav a few times and have clicked on the weather HD thing but it’s never worked, always says it’s unavailable.

Played around a bit with Entune to see how it works, but haven't really used it. I have used the nav a few times and it works pretty good.

Entune is useless. Toyota should be ashamed for putting something this useless in the auto. There are 3 flavors of Entune. Plain Entune, Entune Plus and Entune Premium (this one has the Nav).
    All USELESS ! ! ! !

Entune is pathetic.... Even the native Nav function is pretty bad. Why can't we have Apple Car Play and Waze integration??

I’ve tried it several times. It sucks. Disconnects and needs rebooting. Interface is not really configurable and plain olde Bluetooth to Siri works flawlessly.

You have to go into Apps and then Saved Destinations or something like that.

This is the only thing I use Entune for. Nothing else works very well.

I've tried using the gas station app a few times, but it always has connection issues and I have to log in again on my phone.

Nah, bluetooth and that is about it. If I could get my truck (DC v-6 with a MT) without Entune fancy crap I would have.
