I know this is a very long shot, but who might have a contact at All-Pro that is worth a damn? Been dealing with someone there who doesn't seem to know how to respond to emails and lacks a grasp of customer service (not unusual for them though). Tired of getting the run around with him.

Backstory: I bought their Baja bumper back in November of 2017, after many many calls and what not they realized they lost my order in their move and had to remake me one. I finally got the bumper in February 2018. Fast forward to August of 2018 I ordered the IFS and Transmission skid plates. They didn't include the correct hardware and after about 2 months of arguing with them they admitted they were wrong and got me new hardware. Went to mount them up and guess what? They don't fit.... If you bolt up the front the rear doesn't line up and vice versa. Brought it to their attention, which is where we have been going back and forth for roughly 4 months now, and they said they could send me new tabs to weld onto the bumper. Now this wouldn't be a huge issue if 1. I could weld. 2. My bumper wasn't already powder coated... So paying a fabricator plus powder coat guy to fix their mistake would end up costing me another $300+. I told them that was ridiculous and he said I could ship them back and they would refund me my money. Sure that would be fine if I could go buy skid plates elsewhere but since they are made to work only with their bumper that's really not an option unless I go custom which again is likely to cost me a bunch more money and time. Some might think I am being unreasonable and think they are doing what they can to help me but to me it seems wrong to sell a product that is bolt on and now they expect me to either pay for someone else to fix it or go without skid plates.

That sucks. Seems like you don't have too many options.
I'd get the tabs welded and spray paint the small area. None of your "buddies" have a welder?
I'd ask em for $100 refund for the troubles as well. Time to make a decision and get on with it.

Just sucks to pay for a clean powdercoat job only to have to grind and weld it away lol. I had a guy I met through a local offroad group weld my sliders up and I talked with him about fixing it. He said he would do it but I'd of course have to pay him a bit plus he is about an hour away from me. I might just take the tabs and seen if they can get me some money back.

Yeah I feel you. I wouldn't be happy either but sometimes shit happens.
You can keep going on about it for months or try and get a few bucks from em and have it fixed.
The pro is you have a matte type of powdercoat finish. Will be easy to spray the small section in matte black with spray.
Plus won't it get scratched if u take it offroad?

That is true. I might end up POR15ing the section if I go about it that way. It had a similar look to the powder coat. I need to reach out to my welding person and see how much he will want to do it then see if I can get that back from AP.
