Driver side rear door lock actuator intermittent

    I have a 2016 TRD OR with 45k miles on the odometer. Last night I noticed that when I locked the truck that my lights didn't flash. Ended up manually locking the rear driver side door before hitting the touch lock. Today I took the door panel off to trouble shoot and while messing with the plug/checking voltage it would lock and unlock a few times and then stop. I had it working and after I got everything back together it wasn't unlocking again. I suppose it is gone out completely. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this or does anyone have part numbers if you've replaced yours?
