    Well come by anyways with your plates, and I'll bring my welder and stuff and if there's time, we can knock everything out. Since you'll have the plates I'll only ask for $60 for the labor (and for anyone else reading that has a 3rd gen, it'll be $80 labor since yours are harder)

    Buy the plates from BAMF and I'll cut and weld them on for $60. I've done quite a few now so it only takes me maybe an hour and a half to knock it out.

    I generally just prime and paint them, both on the inside and outside of the cab mount with satin black so it blends with the frame pretty well.
