Ok, went to work yesterday I noticed my truck running a little rough, when I stepped on it ,it seem to clear. Was going to tune it up payday. Went to start it today , sounded like it was going to start ,then it sounded like half way through it lost compression or spark , tried it again, same thing half way through. Now it sounds like the loss of comp. Or spark every time I try an start it. I need help it's my only vehicle.could this be the crank positioning sensor, if so, how would I test for that ?

Welcome to TW! When's the last time the spark plugs were changed/checked?

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
    Did you recently refuel?

Only thing to ever keep my truck from running has been bad gas.

Spark plugs likely over due, they have very short life spans in Tacomas.

Ya, I would say plugs too, but I'm leaning more towards the starter now. It's making a weird noise like it's not engaging far enough to catch on the fly wheel. Not a grinding, like wheening sound. Lol. If that makes any sense
