Biggest tire before considering a re-gear?

    Going with the icon stage 9 kit and not sure about tire size. I'm not afraid to cut and I'm curious what the biggest size tire I can fit without considering a re-gear on a 17-inch rim

    Btw I have a 2018 OR short bed double cab...

    Thx for any info on the subject.

    32". 33" your living with it but definently in your mind. 35s life sucks and your starting to save for your gears and lockers. 37" mandatory.

    It depends on where you live and what you expect out of the truck. When I was on Guam people would throw 37-40" tires on trucks/jeeps with stock axle gearing. The maximum speed on the island was generally 35 MPH though...
